My name is Mira, and I've been playing casual games for oh, about 10 years. But I didn't get really involved until February 2010. That's when I started my first blog, Free2WinGames.com. And boy, that's been quite an adventure!
Free2WinGames focuses on free casual game sites that offer prizes. If you think that there aren't many sites that fit that description, think again! (So far it's 13 sites and counting!) This means that I play a LOT of casual games from all over, and I now have a fairly unique perspective on the casual gaming world.
Whenever I find a new site I do a detailed exploration to see how easy it is to navigate, and I check out the various features. If the site is involved with social media, I follow them and read what the company says, and also what the players say.
Basically, I spend the majority of my time doing two things: investigating and listening. And then of course, writing about what I've learned. ^_^
The driving force behind casual observation is to provide a place where I can share what I see. If you run a casual game site, I can't tell you what will get you the most bang for your buck. (I don't get to see budgets.) However, I can tell you what players respond to and what will make an impact.
